Their menu features seasonal cuisine informed by Mediterranean roots. The owners grew up in kitchens where their mothers cured their own olives, baked their own breads, and made food fresh from seasonal ingredients. They carry on this tradition each and every day by baking their own bread, rolling their own fresh pasta, curing salmon, preserving lemon, whatever they can do to replicate the delicate flavors of the tables they grew up around.
